A program where the operating model itself was the deliverable.

A global insurance and reinsurance broker running its North American technology estate across four data centers needed more than a lift-and-shift. The brief was to redesign how technology underpinned the operating model, on a calendar that anticipated a corporate transaction. We ran the program from inception through closure across eleven parallel workstreams, with two M&A IT integrations folded in mid-stream as concurrent work.

Eleven workstreams. Cloud readiness assessment, Azure Landing Zone, EUC migration, application transformation, UCaaS consolidation, co-located data center decommissioning. Multi-million-dollar projected IT expenditure reduction over five years against an eight-figure investment, approved at board level. Both integrations completed on schedule. The infrastructure foundation became the platform the firm carried into a subsequent acquisition.
